To make a reservation follow the application steps starting from the home page or hotel, and we will contact you via email with payment details and to confirm availability.
You will receive our answer in 24 hours, if there is availability for your reservation we will send you a payment request via Paypal (just as procedure) you can also make a bank deposit directly to our bank account. In the case you have any questions please do not hesitate on contacting us. Please print your receipt and present it when you check in.

- During his/her stay, the Guest shall comply at all times with the Hotel's Terms of
Use regarding the use of the Hotel, as posted in the Hotel's premises.
- The Hotel may sometimes permit the use of accommodations outside check in
and checkout times. In such cases, additional fees MAY be applied.
- For an extension of stay more than 2 hours: the full daily room rate will be charged to the guest
- Guests use the Hotel's parking facilities, the Hotel is merely the lender of a
parking space; the Hotel accepts no responsibility for the care of the Guest's vehicle
and shall not be responsible for compensation for loss or damages.
- In the event of damage to the Hotel due to the Guest's action or negligence, the
Guest shall be liable to the Hotel for compensation of damages.
- After the Hotel provides the Guest with access to the room/bungalow, if he/she
chooses not to stay, the Hotel shall nonetheless charge the accommodation fee to

- We recommend making reservations for local activities, such as the mangrove
tour, directly with the Nature Reserve located a block from the hotel and not with
local guides inside or outside of the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for
reservations or deposits lost with such guides.
- We add a 5% surcharge for credit/debit cards.
- We open bills for the hotel/restaurant/bar ONLY with a valid credit/debit card
AND a valid driver's licence, DPI or passport.
- NO outside food or drinks allowed!
- Take normal precautions with your stuff. If in doubt, there are safe boxes in the
rooms and bungalows - Q25 rental fee and Q100 key deposit.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY ON THE PREMISES!
- It is advisable to keep your doors closed after 5pm unless you prefer to share
your evening and night with the mosquitoes...
- Please notify us immediately if you have any problems with water, gas, toilet
- Drinking water is available for sale at the bar\restaurant.
- The restaurant opens at 7am daily and closes at 10pm (11pm weekend).
- Big rip curl and waves in the ocean, swim at your own risk: BE CAREFUL!
- Please save the water and put your toilet paper in the waste basket.

please respect the rights of those guests who come to
enjoy the peace and quiet.
